Grief Coach
Ann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of experience in the mental health field at various levels of care. Ann currently works with teens, adults, couples and families and has experience treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, substance abuse, and mood instability. Ann is a dog-lover and brings her own personal experience with pet loss as she lost her French Bulldog, Chloe, abruptly in 2023 to cancer. She's a licensed professional who "gets it" and can relate. Her approach can be described as warm, compassionate, and strength-based.

Ann’s groups are warm, process-oriented spaces where everyone is encouraged to show up, participate, and heal together. As both a licensed therapist and someone who’s personally experienced pet loss, Ann creates a setting that’s professional yet deeply human. You’ll talk through emotions, learn practical coping tools, and get supportive feedback from others who truly get it. Expect compassion, structure, and a reminder that healing happens when you allow yourself to be seen.
