Ann is a dog-lover and brings her own personal experience with pet loss as she lost her French Bulldog, Chloe, abruptly in 2023 to cancer. She's a licensed professional who "gets it" and can relate. She specializes in issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, mood fluctuations, relationship challenges, co-occurring disorders, and suicidality. In her group sessions, Ann fosters a supportive and safe environment where members are encouraged to share openly about whatever they wish to process. She balances structure with the freedom for participants to express themselves authentically and benefit from the perspectives and feedback of others.
